FIVE GENERATIONS OF GROWTH

FifthGen is the natural evolution of a multi-generational family business and community legacy. One that started in the late 1800s with J.H. Menge & Co., which provided materials for shipping and riverboat operations in New Orleans, and continued through future generations involved in the construction, design and development of the region’s most important economic centers.  Nearly 150 years later, this family legacy continues in Nashville where FifthGen has taken a key role in the growth of this dynamic city through our longstanding partnership with Clearbrook Holdings and its chairman, Michael Shmerling.

A LEGACY CONTINUES

Today, Mr. Menge and his team carry forward this legacy with a commercial real estate brokerage and investment company in Nashville, Tennessee, whose name pays homage to our multi-generational community-building heritage.
